Gabriela is the Founder & Principal at Haven Recruiting Group with nearly two decades recruiting attorneys. Gabriela has deep personal relationships with her clients whether she is working with partners or practice groups looking to make a change or the top law firms looking to grow in a particular practice area or a new geographic location.

Gabriela began her legal career as a litigation attorney at the international law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., where she was heavily involved in large scale litigation disputes. Gabriela holds a law degree from Southern Methodist University, along with a B.A. in Literary Studies and a minor in performing arts from the University of Texas at Dallas. During law school, she was a Staff Editor for the International Law Review and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Legal Fraternity.

Gabriela believes deeply in education as a foundation to success and has started her own scholarship fund that helps students in underprivileged communities get access to higher education.  She also has a personal passion for cancer research and contributes to UT Southwestern Harold Sammons Cancer Center in honor of her father.  Born in Romania, Gabriela is fluent in three languages, including Romanian, Spanish and English, and lives in the Dallas-area with her husband, daughter and dogs.
